No smoking in cottages.

Pets and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

3.

For In-Season dates the maximum reservation period is one week. For Out-of-Season dates, the maximum reservation period is two weeks.

4.

Cottages shall be vacated by 10 a.m. of the final day of the rental period.

5.

Cottages are available for occupancy at 1 p.m. at the start of the rental period.

6.

At the end of the rental period, the occupants must clean the cottage, properly dispose of all garbage, and remove their personal property.

7.

Occupants will be removed from the park for noncompliance of regulations.

8.

Occupancy of a cottage shall be limited to one family unit, or a non-family unit to the number of beds provided in the cottage.

9.

A responsible adult 18 yrs. or older, must accompany each cottage party.

10.

Cottages are available for vacation use only.

Quiet hours - 10:00 p.m. thru 8:30 a.m.

Visitors to the cottages are permitted between 10:00 a.m. thru 10:00 p.m. For in-season dates visitors must pay the daily admission fee.

13.

Occupants are liable for damage to cottage and for damage to or loss of cottage equipment.

14.

The removal of tables, beds or other furnishings from the cabin is prohibited.

15.

Fires are permitted only in camp stoves or fireplaces provided and shall be extinguished before leaving the cottage site. NO OPEN FLAMES are allowed in cottages, including candles, gas or propane, etc.

16.

Firearms and archery equipment MAY NOT be uncased unless in authorized hunting areas during hunting seasons.

17.

The use of the lake, water spigots, springs, or streams for washing purposes is prohibited. Washing facilities are available.

18.

The Carbon County Parks Department is not responsible for your personal property.  A lock & key are provided for your cottage.  There is a $25.00 charge for a lost key or lock.

DON'T FORGET: Please bring bed linens or sleeping bags, pillows, towels.
